Breath = Life
Breathe, we do it all our lives. The first and last thing we do while on this Earth is breathe. It is such an automatic process that we are often no longer aware of our breath and how important our breath is to us. The breath goes with everything. Every thought, feeling and action affects our breath. By consciously connecting with our breath, we increase our awareness and thus experience a freer and fuller life.
Our natural tendency is to avoid pain and to pursue pleasure. When we experience things in life that are painful, anxious, sad, or worrisome, we are often unable to be fully present. We ignore it or push it away because it is often too painful for us at the time. Especially in our childhood it was too unsafe to experience this. Because these energies could not fully flow through, they got stuck in our body.
With breathwork we open up these stuck energies layer by layer. The connected breath brings awareness and movement to these old stored energy, emotions and patterns. As a result, they come into our current consciousness and are given the opportunity to be integrated, to which they let go and transform completely.
This release of old energy, emotions and patterns enables the body to create new space to allow more (life) energy and light to flow into all our cells. This creates a feeling of deep liberation, freedom, more (life force) energy, confidence, deep relaxation and inner peace.
In addition, the breath connects you with your consciousness and soul.
So that you can live more and more from your soul, in your full potential.

How do I work?
During an individual session I will guide you, with the help of your own breath, in your body. We go on an inner journey together. The journey to your soul.
Therefore you can fully trust that exactly what you have to meet in the moment, will show itself to you.
We start with an intake where there is plenty of room for you and the themes that may arise. I will explain a little more about the connected breath and there is space for questions. Before we start breathing, I will guide you to your body with a short meditation or movement exercise.
Based on your unique breathing pattern, I will guide you to a deep connected breath. Step by step we create more space in your body. This allows the old pains, patterns and blockages that have been stored, to release and transform in your field of consciousness.
I will guide you in this, by allowing everything to be there in a safe space. This allows you to soften, relax and experience a deep connection with yourself.
We always end the session with a relaxation phase. After this there is plenty of time to share your experience while enjoying a cup of tea.
Do you feel the longing to go for transformational growth and change?
The greater your awareness, the more you see and the more you can let go and integrate into your system. Everybody is different and sometimes it can take a little more time to open your body and consciousness. To be able to do this in a gentle, loving way, I advise you to do a traject of 3 or 5 coaching sessions so that we can really go into depth and create lasting change. You will also receive breathing exercises for at home, possibly in combination with other exercises.
